What happens next

- On acceptance. BAA countersigned first. Payment before work begins. Full refund at any point before I receive your export.
- Within 3 business days of payment. Intake: your payer mix is checked for electronic status coverage, and I tell you honestly if too much of your volume is unreachable — in which case you get a refund, not a thin report.
- 7 business days from your export. You receive the silent-claims list and the one-page action report.
