This site collects almost nothing — and never PHI.

• No cookies, no tracking pixels. Visit counts come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and aggregate. It does not identify you or follow you across sites.
• No forms, no accounts. The only way to contact me is email. Anything you send to [email protected] is read by me — Dmitrii Zusmanovich, the founder — used to reply, and never sold or shared.
• No PHI through this website — ever. Please don’t include patient or claim details in email. Claim data is exchanged only after a countersigned BAA, through the channel agreed in it, and its handling and deletion are governed by the BAA and the engagement letter — not by this page.
• Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare Pages; like any host, Cloudflare keeps standard server logs.
